Liam Livingstone stole the show on Monday as his incredible 40 not out off just 12 balls helped the Bangla Tigers to a stunning seven-wicket win over the Delhi Bulls in the Abu Dhabi T10. Livingstone smashed five sixes and three boundaries, turning the game around and giving the Tigers their first win of the season.
The Tigers needed 35 runs from the last 10 balls in their chase of 124. Livingstone stepped up and hit boundaries with ease, leading his team to a thrilling victory that left fans cheering.
The Delhi Bulls had earlier scored 123/6, thanks to a great knock from Nikhil Chaudhary, who made an unbeaten 47 off 16 balls. Despite their strong total, they couldn’t stop Livingstone’s late-game fireworks.
In another exciting match, the Ajman Bolts, led by Mohammad Nabi, secured an 18-run win over the Chennai Brave Jaguars. Ravi Bopara and Gulbadin Naib powered the Bolts with scores of 56 and 55, helping their team reach 142/6.
The Jaguars tried hard, with Rassie van der Dussen (24 off 12) and Thisara Perera (36 off 13) leading the chase. However, Nabi’s two key wickets helped the Bolts defend their total, restricting the Jaguars to 124/5.
